Here is the form to fill out if you would like to adopt one of AHK's puppies. Please e-mail it to me at: cb.kirsch@verizon.net and then label it 'pup adoption request'. If you don't have the CK Husky breedfile, you might want to get it from Cheetah Kennels because otherwise you won't be able to play with the puppy once you get it! Here's the form to fill out:
